About car

Car rental driver minimum age.

Usually, car rental companies charge an additional fee when car driver is younger than 25 yy. That amount depends on car category, country, etc. It must be paid at destination.

Can I deliver the car after the time established by car voucher?

You can do it but you will be charged an extra day as deliveries and collections hours much with your trip. Your car document has got all the information about car office timetables.

What documents related with the car rental will send me?

We will send you a voucher that will contain all the car rental reservation details. That document must be handed over at the car office on arrival. The voucher must be under the same name as the car driver and this same person needs to show a credit card at the office as well. If not, Bedooin cannot guarantee the car delivery by the rental company.

What do I have to consider befor signing the car rental contract?

Make sure that the contract has not extras included that you have not requested. For example: an extra driver, the fuel or a complementary car insurance (SuperCover, PAI, Super CDW, etc.) *** There may be ONE WAY surcharges to collect and return the rental car at different offices. Reconfirm before sign the contract.***

We strongly recommend reading over the car rental contract carefully and paying attention at all the details. Make sure that the contract has not extras included that you have not requested. For example: an extra driver, the fuel or a complementary car insurance (SuperCover, PAI, Super CDW, etc). You can always add extra services at car company’s help desk. And remember to return your car tank full of petrol or the car company will charge that to your credit card!

Is it possible to know what is the car brand assigned for our trip?

It is not possible to request a specific make/model. You are booking a car group and the delivered car will have those characteristics.

About flight

What is the procedure with the flight company if I am traveling with a buggy?

When you travel with a buggy, most of the flight companies let you board it once you reach the plane. Someone will take it there and return it to you after landing. We recommend to check it in advance at the company website.

Why does the web page only asks for one ID number and not for all the passengers?

Our system just needs the ID of the passanger who makes de booking. It is important to introduce all the names as in the ID as the flight reservation is made by yourself. Bedooin does not check the names.

Boarding pass. Do not waste time and get them online!

Although with the ID / Passport and the flight document we send you is valid for collecting your boarding passes at company’s boarding desk at the airport, we recommend getting your boarding pass checking in your flight online, both traveling with hand luggage or if you need to board some. In this second case you will only drop your luggage at company’s boarding desk. Between 48 and 24 hours before departure you can do it and download them. Fast, easy and no queues at the airport!

Something unexpected happened? Insure your trip!

You might be able to add a travel insurance at last step of the booking process, once you have introduced all your data. It is optional and prices vary according to the duration of the trip. Did you book without travel insurance and now you want to add it? You have 7 days from the moment you booked for doing it!

Children discounts

If you are traveling with children, your total price will appear when you make yourself a quotation. That is the total amount for the number of adults and children traveling. Children discount may apply automatically to the final price you see.

How do I get all my traveling documents?

About accommodation

About accommodation tourist tax...

In some destinations it is required to pay a tourist tax. This is payable directly at the hotel and varies according to the category. It is a State rule and is not included in the final price of the trip.

We will stay in an apartment and it’s our first time. How does it work?

You should hand the voucher to the keyholder on arrival. The location for the handover of keys on arrival and departure will not necessarily be at the holiday home or resort. You must follow the arrival times in the travel documentation, nor­mally between 16.00 and 19.00, and must depart before 10.00. The arrangements for arrival shown in your travel documentation are binding; exceptions cannot be guaranteed and must be agreed in good time directly with the keyholder or with us.

Can I make the check-in at my destination hotel at any hour of the arrival day?

Hotels usually do the check-in from 15 hours. If you're going to arrive after 18 pm better warn them that are on the way.

How can I pay my trip?

When you first book the trip we ask you for a deposit that allows us to guarantee your trip price. 15 days before departure, the total amount of the trip should be paid. At that point you have two payment options: 1. Pay by credit card on our website. You have to login in "My Account" using your e-mail and password (ID number you used when you booked).
